Yes, you can combine a Shopify native discount code with an automatic campaign created in the app - as long as the combination settings are properly configured on both sides.
To allow discounts to work together:
Make sure the Shopify native discount allows combinations.
In the app, check the “Combines with” settings for your campaign.
If your automatic campaign is set to Order and Shipping discount types, and you want it to combine with a Product discount created in Shopify:
In the app, enable “Combines with → Product discounts.”
Conversely, your native Shopify discount should be Product type and you want to combine it with the above campaign, ensure its “Combinations” setting is set to Order discounts and Shipping discounts.
Please note:
For campaign codes, the only available “Combines with” option is Shipping discounts.
This limitation exists due to certain stacking restrictions in specific use cases.
However, in some cases, additional combination options may be enabled upon request.
