Why is the discount tile not working on Shopify POS?
If the discount tile is not appearing or working on Shopify POS or Shopify Go mobile devices, please make sure the discount is published to the Point of Sale sales channel.
To do this:
Go to your Shopify Admin → Discounts.
Find the discount created via our app that you want to enable for POS.
Select it using the checkbox on the left (as shown in the example).
Check the box for Point of Sale and click Publish.
Once published to the Point of Sale channel, the discount tile should appear on Shopify POS and Shopify Go.
