Introduction** Welcome to **Stack Discounts Pro** (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stack Discounts Pro Shopify application (the “App”) and related services. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy](/stack-discounts/privacy-policy.md). If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use. *** #### **2. Definitions** For the purposes of these Terms: * **App** means the Stack Discounts Pro Shopify application and all related services or features. * **Merchant**, **you**, or **your** refers to the Shopify store owner or authorized user who installs and uses the App. * **Shopify** refers to Shopify Inc. and its related entities. * **Campaign** refers to a discount setup created by the Merchant within the App. * **Content** means any data, text, graphics, or materials uploaded or provided through the App. * **Subscription** means your active, paid access to the App’s premium features via Shopify Billing. *** #### **3. Eligibility and Account Access** To use the App, you must: * Have an active Shopify store and agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service. * Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization. * Provide accurate account and billing information through Shopify. Your Shopify account credentials authorize access to the App. You are responsible for maintaining access control and confidentiality within your team. *** #### **4. Use of the App** You may use the App solely for managing discounts and campaigns within your Shopify store. You agree not to: * Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activities. * Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App’s code or features. * Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or security. * Share or resell access to the App without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected. *** #### **5. Billing and Payment** All subscriptions, trials, and charges are managed through **Shopify Billing**. When you install the App, you agree that Shopify may bill you on our behalf for subscription fees, usage fees, or other charges. You can view your billing details and cancel your subscription anytime through your **Shopify Admin** → **Apps** → **Stack Discounts Pro** → **Uninstall**. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed by us in writing. *** #### **6. Free Trial** Stack Discounts Pro may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be automatically transitioned to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial expires. *** #### **7. Data and Privacy** We process personal and store-related data according to our [Privacy Policy](/stack-discounts/privacy-policy.md). By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described there. *** #### **8. Intellectual Property** All rights, titles, and interests in the App—including software, design, and trademarks—remain the exclusive property of **Stack Discounts Pro**. You retain ownership of your store data and campaign content created using the App. *** #### **9. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by law: * Stack Discounts Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data) resulting from your use of the App. * Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Shopify for using the App in the last three (3) months prior to the claim. *** #### **10. Disclaimer of Warranties** The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor compatibility with all themes or third-party apps. Use of the App is at your own risk. *** #### **11. Termination** You may uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if your Shopify account is deactivated. Sections 8–12 of these Terms shall survive termination. *** #### **12. Changes to the Terms** We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will take effect once published on our support page or within the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. *** #### **13.
